Trimming one clip is not the job.

Most editors on your phone can shorten one clip into one shorter clip. That is not what you need here. The job is several parts out of one long video, merged into one file.

Forty minutes of a school hall, and your child is on for four of them. Ninety minutes of a match for three goals. An hour of holiday footage with six moments worth sending.

Three steps, no multi-track timeline

  1. Pick the long video. Open MultiCut and choose the recording from your library. Nothing is uploaded.
  2. Mark each part you keep. Scrub the timeline and mark the start and end of every moment worth keeping. Tap Mark Segment for each one.
  3. Generate the video. Tap Generate Video. MultiCut joins the marked parts into one file, in order, and saves it back to your phone.

Crop and rotate are there if you need them, and you can preview the result before you export.

Stays on your phone

The cutting, joining and export all run on your device. Your videos are not uploaded. Ads and purchases use the network.

What it is not

MultiCut is not a full editor. No effects, captions, templates or layers. If your job is keeping the good parts of one long video, that is exactly what it does. See how it compares with full video editors.

One long video in. One good one out.
